Because Cornell was a 'land grant' college a report was made every year to the NYS Legislature and bulletins (short reports for farmers) were available to the people of NYS at a low cost. Different topics were addressed during the years. This year, The Sterile Fungus Rhizoctonia, The Palmer Worm, Shade Tree and Timber Destroying Fungi were topics, and more.
